We are Tata Consumer Products GB Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Tata Consumer Products”), registered in England & Wales with company registration number 3019950. Our registered office is located at 325 Oldfield Lane North, Greenford, Middlesex, UB6 0AZ. Tata Consumer Products (based in the UK), collects, uses and is responsible for certain personal information about you. When we do so we are regulated under the General Data Protection Regulation which applies across the European Union (including in the United Kingdom) and we are responsible as ‘controller’ of that personal information for the purposes of those laws.

If you are a consumer, the lawful basis for which we rely on to collect and process your data is typically consent and performance of our obligations to you as a seller of products. If you are not consumer, we rely on legitimate interest as the lawful basis on which we collect and use your personal data in relation to enhancing your user experience of our website. IP ADDRESSES
We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 500 men aged under 30 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day). We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, women in SW1). We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers' wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience.
